Meeting Room Rates

Businesses or individuals can rent out the entire Center or individual rooms at the rates below. There is a minimum of 1 hour rental time.

Special rates are available for registered non-profit organizations and tenants of the Riverbender.com building.

Rental Availability

Meeting space is available for rental Monday through Friday. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, as space is available. Meetings may begin as early as 7:15am and end as late as 9:00pm Monday through Thursday, or 5:00pm on Fridays. Please take into consideration setup and cleanup time when booking the space.

Additional Information

Payment is due in full when booking the event and is required to reserve the date. Credit card information is taken through the secure online forms. Other forms of payment will only be accepted if you are booking the space while present at the Center.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge equal to one half the rental fee is charged if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the booking. If a cancellation is more than 1 week prior to the rental date, renter will receive a full refund. The full rental fee is charged for failure to cancel.
